Music in the Wards

We are so fortunate to have a partnership with the incredible San Francisco Symphony. In a monthly “Music in the Wards” series, members of the San Francisco Symphony play pieces on our units for our patients, families and staff. They fill our halls and rooms with music and our hearts with joy. One of our unit directors stated that she just follows them around their entire visit from unit to unit. The musicians who have visited have been nothing short of phenomenal. From their playing, to their interactions with our patients, to educating about their instruments and the pieces they are playing, they are truly the best.
